This is Midwest City Fire Dept. I am OKC have friends on MWC. MWC policy is 2 ladders officer has no choice. Plus was hole cut on windward side? Was hole cut behind attack crews? Both bad.

I'm sorry but the roof that they are working on is almost a flat roof, the use of the roof ladder is really not necessary, and does more harm then good. The members are restricted to the ladder and it slowed the roof opening by several minutes. The members did a good job but were restricted.

Nice work. And a nice real-time learning experience for what appears to be a probie/rookie being instructed by a Lt/Cpt or more seasoned firefighter.
