Maryland House Fire, 12010 Valleywood Dr.

Montgomery County Fire & Rescue crews arrived on scene with smoke showing from first and second floor. Crews stretched lines and placed knock on basement fire. No injuries were reported all occupants were reported safe outside.

Comment by Shareef Abdu Nur on May 5, 2012 at 5:21am: From the short clip that was shown, it appears that this is not their first fire and it also appears that everyone knows his/her job very well. It was good to see members w/ full PPE and hand tools ready to make entry for a Primary search instead of just standing around. Also, the Driver/Operator in the shorts is an example of what a good Driver/Operator should be doing to support his/her crew on scene(throwing ladders, chasing kinks, etc...). Good job MCFR!
