Tough lot those LAFD guys are.They deal with earthquakes, wild fires, riots and fires like this video, etc. God bless 'em. TCSS

Amazing footage! Everything an instructor needs to teach about ventilation dangers in one video:
Bow string roof operations
Personnel assignment control
Ladder positioning
SCBA use
Coordination of fire attack and ventilation efforts
Lack of situational awareness
The list is endless. Unfortunately we in the fire service will still have those who think a great job was being done in each incident.

don't you just love this stuff? watching the LAFD truckies going to work is always nothing less than amazing to me and I get to see this stuff on local television a lot. Los Angeles has tons of helicopters and media on hand to capture these guys doing their job. thanks for sharing this video. cool stuff. tcss, mike
