How to Tie and Store a Rescue Webbing Loop

The Webbing Loop with a "Key" style carabiner has numerous utility and rescue applications for firefighters. It's a very low cost piece of equipment that can be purchased for around $17.00. The options for deployment are only limited by the ingenuity of the firefighter carrying it. As long as the webbing loop is tied and stored properly it can be a very useful and unobtrusive piece of equipment. Keep watching for more techniques to follow. Dale G. Pekel

Hello Darmus,

Thanks for the feedback - The overall webbing length is 20 feet or roughly 6 meters. When you tie the water knot you should end up with a loop a little over 9 feet or about 2.8 meters.
