if your on your knees it is less distance than if ur standing.... in our dept we have to be hooked up breathing air and have our helmet, nomax, and gloves on in under 25 seconds..
Lean forward more after you throw the pack over your back, it will be easier and quicker to tighten your straps. Start with the waist straps as you did in this video. Try it out, you might like that technique
