Grammy Winner Cee Lo Green Re-Records Hit as "Thank You" Tribute to Firefighters
Grammy Award winning recording artist Cee Lo Green, in partnership with Duracell's "Power Those Who Protect You" campaign, has released a new vesion of his hit "Forget You" dedicated to firefighters called "Thank You".
The song will available as a free download Duracell's Facebook page starting on Friday, May 6..
Acording to AOL's Spinner Blog, Green has a personal connection to firefighters following a crash when he was 16-years-old when his mother was rescued from a near-fatal car accident. His mother was a volunteer firefighter as well, the blog reported.
