Far be it for me to say but there appears to be some things not quite right with this picture. First of all, the person who it seems is the chief is not wearing appropriate safety gear, i.e. a HELMET let alone an SCBA. And, if I am not mistaken this same person is looking into a basement window with fire and smoke emanating from it.

Then two fire fighters are inside of a burning building without water and they allow more oxygen to enter the building by opening a large window in the fire room. Further, they reenter the room having seemingly extinguished the fire and now are directly over the fire in the basement.

Lastly two fire fighters go to the roof and then it appears as if the one with the axe leaves the ladder to attempt an opening.

I may be wrong but this is what I see. Any other thoughts on this video?

Can somebody explain this? If this were my house...that dipshit on the lawn would be on his ass watching me flow water...!
