That was very entertaining. At least he wasn't swearing at the fire fighters and telling them how to do their job.Did notice somenone on the roof only wearing a BA not using it.Safer than the guy on the bike singing?
freedom of speech....freedom of song. I,personally, applaud him and his contribution to put a spin on an bad situation. He did what he intended to do. He got people's attention and got them talking about something other than the fire. Really though,...as a bystander, you can only watch a fire burn the same thing for only so long.
I woulda chose a different song though, falling into a burning ring of fire is not something a firefighter should be singing as he's up top ventilating. And any firefighter who walks by that guy is gonna have that song stuck in his head for sure.
stay safe out there,..oh..and being from Canada, we have enough crazies up here, so you keep yours and we'll keep ours.....deal?
Does anyone have video of the 1969 Chrysler Chemical fire in the down river area of Detroit? I think it was at the Gibraltar plant across the river from Grosse Ile.

Let's QUIT WITH THE NEGATIVE comments about Detroit! I agree the guy was taking a risk, but its over and no harm done. It was his way of supporting the DFD so kudos to him! And last I checked its not all that easy to learn and then play the accordian.
