If an accident should have occurred at this incident, the police report would have stated, "speeds excessive for the weather conditions" So basically your speeding at would be AT FAULT.

There is the thing called an accelerator....lay off it when the conditions are bad. no Sense in killing yourself or not getting to the call. Remember it's not our emergency and there is no need for speeds that are dangerous. Drive safe, get there safe.
