Dwelling Fire Video Discussion

Take a look at this house fire video and then let’s discuss a few points. These guys appear to have done a pretty nice job especially considering that it looked like the first due engine only had three firefighters.

A good job, I'd only point out a few things. When responding, you should use BOTH lights and siren until you get there at least for liability reasons. Seems like it took a little while for the line to get charged but the were hitting the fire as soon as it was. Maybe obstructions in the house? There were enough guys that a ground ladder could have gone up a little sooner. But those are goals to reach on the next fire, this one was a job well done.
