shop located at the intersection of Searsville Road, Great Western Road, and Upper County Road. Dennis and Harwich firefighters were called to 8 Searsville Road, Oxyoke Antiques, around 7:05 a.m. on Wednesday, February 24, 2010.

Upon arrival, firefighters saw smoke streaming from the eaves and roof of the garage-like structure. As crews entered the building, flames appeared at the rear but were quickly knocked down.

The interior of the structure appeared to be heavily damaged. There were no reported injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

wowza, am I the only one who thougth "cluster-f*&k" when seeing that? Sorry guys but there is smoke venting out an enourmous roll up door and your gona break the window to the very left of it? So much for preserving property. I also like the chief standing by the main entry door in just a bunker jacket and holding a camera, yep better make sure we have some pretty pix to show off... I mean come on guys.... Really???

That's awesome to wait until you're standing at the front door of a structure that's got smoke showing to put on your B/A... NOT!!! Good luck guys!
