It is a demonstration of the breakaway on a propane filling station. The pipe broke instead of the break away coller the pipe bent and blew the propane forward instead of up.

Were they following NFPA 1402 & 1403 guidelines on live fire training?

What was meant to happen? What were they demonstrating? (Other than how to run fast!!)
