The ONLY time you should hear a PASS alarm is when a firefighter is in trouble. This just shows total disregard for what is suppossed to be a vital peice of lifesaving equipment. It doesn't matter how busy they are, or how well they perform, there is NO excuse to allow a distress signal to continue from a discarded SCBA that someone obviously walked away from. Clearly someone of AUTHORITY had to notice it? Maybe not. Maybe they are so used to it it doesn't even register. It is clear that more than one are activated throughout the time sequence of this video. This is just one more thing we do "wrong" and is simple, and FREE to correct!
