Honoring the Fallen - Southside Irish parade 2007
During the Southside Irish parade and along the route on Western Ave. The band has always stopped and played "Amazing Grace" at the site where 2 Chicago firefighters were killed putting out a garage attached to a house fire. We stop the parade and play for them and the families who sit and watch the parade from that spot. The parade marshalls usually go nuts since they dont know what we're doing or why we have stopped.
