I recently attended the Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings school in Socorro, NM. It is an excellent class which I highly recommend. It's all free, paid for by Homeland Security money. Contact me if you have any questions. Note the obvious blast pressure wave in the video. This was approximately one-tenth the amount of explosives used in Oklahoma City.
