we have to start slowing down and "clearing" the intersections. I am not pointing fingers or placing blame, but let's all learn from this and accept thefact that it could have been us...and if we do not start enforcing response procedures, the next time it will be us.

It's amazing that no one was seriously injured or killed. Everyone must have been wearing their seat belts! Good for them!
