From the Star Ledger:
Authorities suspect the car's driver, Bernard King, suffered a seizure as he approached the Great Egg Harbor toll plaza on the Garden State Parkway May 10. King, 52, of Middle Township in Cape May County, was traveling an estimated 65 mph when he hit the concrete divider and toll booth on the highway's southbound side, State Police said. King worked as a dealer at the Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort and was headed home at the time of the 8:25 a.m. crash, police said. He died on impact. The toll booth was unoccupied.

Didn't hear. My friend sent this to me a couple of weeks ago, forgot I had it. He didn't say anything about the toll operators.

any info on injuries? I know the driver was probably 48 but what about the toll operators?
