Multiple calls came into the fire alarm office shortly after 3pm on Sat Oct 30, 2010 reporting a garage fire. Heavy smoke from a distance was an indicator that companies would be going to work.

Heavy fire was showing from 2 garages upon arrival and a 2nd alarm for tankers was requested to the scene. Exposures were protected and the fire was k/d within an hour.

Hang on to them nozzles just like they was hand gun. WORST invention ever for the fire service..."pistol" grips! No body seems to remember how to hold the pipe anymore!

Let's see. Garage fire possibly containing chemicals and flammable liquids means full ppe including being on air. Great examples the white hats provide also.
