Wear your seat belts..2 in 2 out..stop freelancing..sound your floors.. take tools with you when you get off the truck, mainly the TIC..Officers need to accept change and then train and adapt to it. Young guys, stand your ground with complacent Officers, you can turn the screw from the bottom, but be professional about it. These are things that are killing firefighters everyday..change the mentality of..You Go, We Go...to...You Go Home, We Go Home..
