Why I Joined Fire/EMS

It runs in the family. It started with my great grandfather and was past through my father to me. There is no better job in the world. What else are you going to do sit behind a desk pushing papers all day nah... not for me.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

The local and federal governments cutting budgets and laying firefighters off to save money when they will get their raises each year. Besides the politics firefighters not wearing our seatbelts and health problems are the top issues facing our brothers. So word to the wise always wear your seatbelt and always stay in shape. If you want to reach retirement someday.
