About Me:
I primarily work as a CNA. I currently work at the nursing home and at the hospital. I have been in this kind of work for the last 6 months. Prior to these jobs I was a job whore. I couldn't maintain a decent job do to the fact that I couldn't hold any interest in them. I never really wanted to go into the medical field cause that is all that my family had done. But I guess it is in my nature to do this line of work.
Other than my work, i enjoy spending time with my son. I like to do a lot of out door stuff. When it is raining I like to play computer games. For my other hobbies I like to buy and sell blue lights and also install them. (Nothing beats watching people pull over for you when you are in the fast lane. Hurry i gotta get there!!) But for the most part I am in school or at work. I love to take care of those that are in need!
I figured I would be a funny boy and try to get on a fire department one day. I didn't think they would take me serious and vote me on to there department. HAHAHAHA! Boy the joke was on me. They told me to take a walk up to the corner of the block and then walk back. So i did. I'll be damned if the words didn't come out pf the chiefs mouth, "Son, welcome to the McLeansboro Fire Department." I was in shock, maybe even in disbelief. I was like oh crap, what have I got myself into.
I had always wanted to do something good for the community, but I was always getting into trouble in my home town. I never thought that I would have ever had a chance to do any kind of work like this. I am glad that I came to McLeansboro, IL.. These guys had given me a second chance in life. I was down the road to an outlaw lifestyle.
As a kid I had experienced four house fires. And one those fire's I had been saved by a fireman. I had always admired the fact that a firefighter had saved me and my family! I guess that is the biggest reason why I became a volunteer fireman.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
I love the adrenaline of trying to save someones lively hood or even there life!
