Thanks for getting back with me. That's pretty neat- EMT-IV, huh? I keep hearing that the EMS world is heading toward having the Basic level turn into what is currently our Intermediate level (IV's and so forth) and have only that level and the Paramedic level. It'll be interesting to see how this profession continues to change. I just hope I can manage to keep up with it! Talk to you later,

Hello from Ohio! What is EMT-IV? In Ohio, we've got Basic, Intermediate and Paramedic levels. I hope you get to feeling better and back on the trucks. It is no fun not to be able to do this stuff.

Know about knee injuries 11 ortho's and 1 major recon later. let it heal it takes time.I took the ACL,PCL and medial colateral out in my left knee several years ago took almost a yr to get my quads back in shape, you lose a lot of muscle fast when your down.
Hey i dont know what your injury is, but dealing with your knee, take it easy and get yourself better......its better to lose a little time when it hurts now rather then push to be back before your ready and lose the rest of your career.......
Not far from your home town, hope all is good where you are. Stop by the forum and check our Roll Call and input the information on your station so others can read.
You have the attitude that will make your wish come true. Keep the faith in God & he will lead you to your dream. I know all about patience, but I learned there is a Grand Plan for all of us &, like yourself, I can't wait to see what it is. Good luck & God bless.
