Thanks for stopping by, yea -I got my personal training certification a few years ago with a focus in advanced strength and conditioning. It's been a while since I've trained any real clients- just help friends out here and there when I'm not in the gym myself. I will say this though- kettle bells are amazing training tools! Hey Lippy, once again not sure what you mean by cat 9? How ever our airport is an index D. We have 18 guys per 24 hour shift. We work 24 hours on shift and 48 hours off. We have 2 stations. A total of 5 crash trucks (3 Oshkosh and 2 Rosenbauers), 2 Quick Response Trucks, 2 Life Squads, 1 Pumper, 1 Rescue/Pumper, 1 Ladder Truck and 1 Shift Commander's Vehicle. As far as runners we adverage about 1 alert, 2 medicals, and 1 fire run per day.
