Keep in touch with me over the year and I will let you know if we will have a Jun class in 2010. You will want to apply around Aug. It takes about 6-8 months to get through everything. Enjoy your last year of school.
We are scheduled to hire 85 new positions plus replacements over the next fire years. We usually do a recurit school every Jan and Jun of about 30 people. This might only be a Jan school over the next 5 years because of budget. Just giving people an option to start a career instead of college. We will train you in our academy for 24 weeks, alot of that training can be applied to a fire science degree at the local college. Best part is you get paid to do all of this. Check out the website and keep the questions comming. When do you graduate?
We are offering opportunities for full pay and benefits WHILE WE TRAIN YOU to become a professional Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician! These entry level positions require no previous experience. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school. A GED is acceptable.

Prince William County, VA, pop. 380,000, is a large and diverse community located 35 miles southwest of Washington, D. C. Trying to come back to GA. to work. Born and raised here in TN. but I was gone for 20 yrs., 14 of that in the Atlanta area. Moved back to TN. in 2000. I was a police officer in Cobb and Paulding Counties, prior to coming back to TN. I'm applying for a officers position in Cartersville as we speak. Got a friend who insist I stay in an extra bedroom he has the days I work and come home to TN. on my off days, if I get the job.
Thank you, I needed that verse this morning. I'm about to run over to Chattanooga for a TVA job fair this afternoon I have been out of work off and on for 18 mos., since my fire chief,s job was eliminated in Aug. 2007. I have filled out countless applications but the rest of America is looking for work now too. I get aggravated with it but I know God will and is taking care of me and he wouldn't have allowed that door to close in 2007 if he didn't have something else for me, I just have to keep in mind that it will be on his time schedule. I,ll let you know what happens. Paul

Goodmorning: I was thinking last night that one of my reasons for being dissatisfied with church right now, is a worldly concern and shouldn't keep me away from God. I've been out of work 18 months and I try to remind myself that God has not and will not let me go hungry or w/o a roof over me. This world is only temporary and Jesus had no money, no worldly belongings and no place to call his own. Like most people I'm spoiled and lost sight of whats important. God's correction and lessons are hard to swallow sometimes.

Hi Kacey: I thought about our comments about "back sliding some", while I was at church last night. I've got the best pastor I've ever had and sometimes I have to remind myself that I'm supposed to be at church to worship God, not concern myself with who in the congregation aggravates me with their actions.
