Just checking in and seeing how things are going. I was recently promoted to Captain on my department. The same day I got my first call as a Captain. I was covering for the day and we had a roll over. When we got out there, their was a lady and a little kid that had been in the car. Come to find out the lady was 4 times over the legal limit of alcohol and she was driving with a little boy in the car. It really made me mad.

We had two over the weekend. I was gone for both of them though. They were only little grass fires that started out as controlled burns that people lost controll over. Nothing big. I was on my way to a fire class in Northern Idaho for the weekend. Well Take Care and Most of all Be Safe.
