What do YOU know about building construction types?

Do you know the difference in building types. i.e. Type I or Type II? Will the "type" change the way you will fight this fire? Have you pre-planned or visited these buildings?

And, how much do you know about sprinkler systems that protect some of the buildings in your community? What's a riser? Ever see the phone TV magic where, the hero uses his cigar lighter to set off a sprinkler and they ALL go off?

Look you probably know something about the issues we raised above, but there is always MORE to learn! Why did two, major-name retail building, WITH sprinklers, basically burnt to the ground.

At our upcoming webinar, we have two presenters who will both teach you and if needed, answer your questions! We are proud to present Chief Mike Terpak who will teach you the importance of building types and how they can (and probably will) determine what you might be able to accomplish, if you can make entry.

Also joining us is Capt. E.J. Henninger, who profession is designing major sprinklers very similar to what we see in almost every store, theater, etc. However remember, a sprinkler systems may not provide what you need. Unless you know more about it.
