I’m pretty darned excited to be able to share that as of….well, right now actually….. I’ve joined Art aka “ChiefReason”, Mick Mayers and a group of very talented and passionate fire service bloggers on “TheKitchenTable” at www.firerescue1.com
I can’t state with any confidence or certainty that I’ve written anything of the same caliber as the folks I’ll be sharing that space with, but I will fully admit that I’m electrified and flattered to have been asked to join in. My writer’s soul is reveling in the opportunity to have a new corner from which to post my wandering thoughts; so thanks to the folks at FireRescue1.com for giving me the opportunity. I hope they know what they’re getting themselves into….
I haven’t been this excited since I was sworn in at my fire department. Or maybe that time when I was five and I got a Robbie the Robot for Christmas. Yeah, more like THAT kind of excited.

Who knew knuckle-dragging, truckie/engine caveman firefighters could be so erudite?
