Well. lets hope some of you can relate to this. Others can ignore this and the rest of you can roll your eyes or twittle your thumbs if you wish.

I guess I might have learned something over a couple of years?( maybe.) When you go to practice or are at the station killing alittle time, BE PRODUCTIVE.

Anything that falls within the relms of your duties as a ff at the station. Wash the engines, pic up the floor, tidy(yes i said tidy) the club room( for us dingers) anything that reflects that you care about your work environment.

Being productive means allot of something else........

Being volunteer workers we all have seperate lives out side those walls. we all have wins, falls and problens of one type or another. To respect that is allot of what can strenghten or kill a company.

Diffences of opinion and power struggles fray the fabric of what binds us together. Some have found a way to stay positve and just focus on the REAL task at hand( why are you a ff?) some of us tend to fall pray to down time squabbles and assumptions. I my self have a hard time with that but i ve gotten allot better( i hope?).

Be productive.....Respect each other! your in it together.....like it or not.

stay safe

its too bad that it happens. isnt it? for all the time we put in and we choose to make life difficult for everyone and ourselves.
