The Big Tree Volunteer Fire Company is saddened to announce the
deathn of one of its members. Jarrett Eleam, an active member for the
last 15 months, died Wednesday evening following a short illness. Mr.
Eleam felt ill Monday evening following a routine fire training
exercise. He was transported to Mercy Hospital of Buffalo by the fire
companies paramedic ambulance. He was admitted for observation and his
condition deteriorated. The cause of his death is still under
investigation. Firefighters from Big Tree and neighboring companies
were present along with the Eleam family at Jarrett’s side to offer
thoughts and prayers prior to his passing on Wednesday evening. The Big
Tree fire company offering their condolences with the family in
Pittsburgh, PA. A memorial service for Brother Eleam is scheduled for a
date and location to be determined for other fire companies to pay
respects.

This is very sad news always, I am sorry for your loose ,I understand how you my fell. But all is not lost because now he can be with you at all time and on all calls if only in spirit. you and the family are in our prayers. Be safe
