On October 20th, my son joined the world! I went in on the 19th for my routine appointment with my doctor... He told me that I had sever preeclampsia on top of everything else and the baby had to come out NOW. He allowed me to go home to get my hospital bag and make a few phone calls then I drove myself to the hospital. 23 hours later I held my son for the first time. We spent six days in the hospital, due to my severe loss of blood during the delivery i needed a few transfusions, and little Dyllan having developed Jaundice to the point he had to stay in a billilight canopy for days. My swelling was also very very very very bad. I was losing ten pounds in fluids a day while in the hospital. (As a result of the preeclampsia I had entered early stage kidney failure and wasn't passing fluids) also was on blood pressure meds due to readings like 167/106. It only now has come down and I have discontinued taking the meds... In any case, I talked my doctor into releasing me back to work this week! I pick up my notes tomorrow!!!!

The babys name is Dyllan James. He weighed 7lbs 15oz and was 21 inches long. His father has yet to see him... I've asked several times if he wants to via text, but have been ignored. It's a shame my HUSBAND refuses to see his own child. For those who aren't up to date on that hot mess, I believe I have prior postings in that regard. (he is a turd, whom I married on false pretenses (he's a liar) and couldn't accept my choice to work in this field though I was in it when we met) Anyhow... I'm off for now.
