So, that wold be classed as your medics 'cherry' would it? Well done. I'll stick to being a firefighter.

The last time I watched a paramedic inserting an IV he was having all sorts of trouble. At an MVA, the patient was conscious and yelling, And moving around. Another paramedic had to hold onto her hand and pull against her so that the first one could get the thing in! I had a great virew of this as I was standing holding the bag, and aiming my torch so number 1 could see what he was doing. Interesting.

good job... good luck in your medic class... its alot of work and not for everyone but those who take serious while still finding joy in it are the ones made for it.

Congratulations and good job! I'm sure it was a little scary to do it on your first patient, but now that you have the first one done, the rest I'm sure will be easier. Good job!
