Difficult to understand the fire science as a fire is a perfect science or a imperfect science
where book say the typical law of s fire ground when you are fire it show the different thing.
so can we trust the fire science or the experience.

Fire Science is exactly that. It is a combination of chemistry, mathematics, and physics with very definable known properties and behavior. What makes it "imperfect" are the variables which are added in the equation, that change the known behavior.
It is a combination of theory and practical experience. It is important to know and understand the science, but also add experience to develop an understanding of what variables (such as fuel type, or weather) can play in changing the way a fire behaves. Fire never read the book.
