Comments made by the 24th. District Attorney Mr. Cook....

I am disgusted at the statement made by District 24 District Attorney Max Cook and I quote from a reliable source, “I had a brief conversation with District 24 District Attorney Max Cook on Tuesday. He explained that the initial and primary focus of the ongoing investigation is to determine if any charges will be brought against the EMS crew. While it is not the current priority, Cook would not rule out the possibility his office could look to see if there is any merit to claims the troopers interfered with EMS providers.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Well justice just took the lowest possible road! This District Attorney needs to be held accountable as well as the OHP Trooper in question, as far as I am concerned! He is “PROTECTING” the law enforcement “officer” and from what it sounds is doing what he can to “overlook” the negligence that was actually done (caught on video) by the OHP Officer by placing “blame” onto the EMS crew. RELEASE THE OHP Dash cam video Mr. Cook and let’s see who is telling the truth! I am just thankful that we live in a State that doesn’t allow a “BACKWARDS” country approach to law enforcement and JUSTICE!

I believe one of the primary considerations when interviewing a law inforcement official is to establish that an individual can treat situations with a calm understanding and not lash out when provoked. Can the judicial system not see that this individual lacks that control and quickly allows a situation to escalate far beyond the the required scope of response. I firmly beliewve this individual lacks the judgement and maturity to enforce the laws without letting personal involvement shape his response. This is a terrible example of how law enforcement should behave. We all have individuals in our ranks that do not represent their department well but they must not be allowed to continue this behaviour unchecked. Perhaps a dog catcher is required in the county.

AMEN!!!!!!! Isn't it convenient how they can say that the EMS crew originally statred the fight when they will not release the dashcam and the video we do have clearly shows it the other way
