We've had the finance bug hit us the past few years. Our manpwer has dropped from 113 to 84. instead of 5 engines and three ladders we now run three engines one ladder and a rescue.

I don't see how that can be enough to cover Fitchburg. I've been there many times while living in Boston and NH and 5 and 3 was barely enough back then. Of course, times have changed and we don't have as many fires as we use to either. Last time I was in your neck of the woods you were using TDA's. Yes, that was quite awhile ago. That Tower looks very much like a Boston unit, BTW.
