Our department was just told by our board that we had 30,000 dollars to either use or save for next year. So like any other normal organization we plan to use probably every single dime. lol. I was told that some of the equipment that was already orderd was: 1200dollars in collapasable cones ok i thought pretty stupid but whatever (i figure the first time a car hits one its gone). a new ppv fan yay we needed one the one we have is old still works but doesn't put out the air flow we really need. a new set of extrication tools, 2 peircing nozles, ne nozles, saber stick looking traffic directing wands, new reflective vests, new chocks, (in the past their where some who ran over our chocks) Does everyone use chocks? I know some don't just a queston. Im sure thier will be more ppe, but yea just thought id throw this out to see what everyones department would buy with that kinda money now keep in mind some of these things we have never had ie. piercing nozzles. Also off topic they are looking to get a dual axle pumper tanker with a 3000 gal tank on a ford chasis. For some reasons just about everything we have is a ford. Does anyone have a dual rear axle pumper tanker with that big of a tank? we have baffle ball in all of our tankers. but this will cost just a lil bite more than 30,000 dollars don't ya thank lol

Well thank you to all who have commented on my blogs I know some of my stuff is just off the wall, but a lot of you have come up with some great ideas or comments that i do plan on using. So everyone stay safe out their on or off the job!!!!
