Comment by paul on December 24, 2010 at 1:58pm: I just received word that Lt. Bob Kawa is doing much better as he recovers from the serious injuries sustained at the tragic fire on December 22nd. We would ask that all members refrain from attempting to visit or contact Bob until further notice so that he gets the time he needs to heal. All remaining Local 2 members who were in the hospital have now been released and are at home with their families. We wish all of them a speedy recovery from their injuries.
