Alot has happened since October 1999,Personally and Professonally.I've seen and done alot,an wonder what the next 10 years hold.I've lived my dream,being a firefighter like generations before me,worked at American LaFrance,& for a Paid Ambulance Service in Buffalo(oddly assigned to the same car number as my dad was in the 1970's),All 3 of my children where born in this time,an I even managed to get married awhile ago.I've seen Birth and Death,Fire,Water,An Ice...All At The Same Time!,Cahoas an Terror,Have been thanked less than spat at/argueed with,Been caught in a flashover,Seen Green Fire and Purple Smoke!,what was once a car in a twisted heap,and the occupants walk away,others where they weren't so lucky,Been Rich & back to poor again,Been told I can't when I could,Learned when I couldn't an why,plus so much other stuff that I've forgotten...But One thing is clear I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD IT ANY OTHER WAY.As far as the next 10 years,well bring 'em on because if the last 10 where any indication of it,I'm Ready.Come hell or high water.
