It is a scary thing moving out on your own for the first time... but also very exciting. For one, you are free to do what ever you want - within legal limits of course. If you want to stay out late, you don't have to report to anyone, especially your parents. No one is there to tell you what to do. About a week ago, I performed my first auto extrication. Last Friday night, we were called to an intersection where someone had pulled out in front of a sheriff deputy. Both drivers were injured, but the deputy was able to get out without having to be extricated. The person in the other vehicle, wasn't so lucky.
