I have no ambition in this world but one, and that is to be a firemen. The position may, in the eyes of some, appear to be a lowly one, but we who know the work which the firemen has to do believe that his is a noble calling. Our proudest moment is to save lives. Under the impulse of such thoughts, the nobility of the occupation thrills us and stimulates us to deeds of daring, even of supreme sacrafice.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! My husband is finally done with paramedic, thank the Lord. I was beginning to wonder if I still had a husband ;) Between me working nightshift, him working during the day and then school and then clinical and then ride time... etc I think we have been lucky to spend ohhh 5 hours a week together.
