About Me:

Started with volunteer dept. at age 17. I made a line officer after being in the dept. for 5 yrs. I have served in the same dept. for 26yrs.
and I presently serv in a Capt. position. For 9yrs i work for a Industrial Company and served on there Fire Brigade. I recieved numerous trainings there inccluding becoming a EMT. I served as Capt. over our local Rescue Squad for 5yrs. I now just devote all my time to my primary dept. where not only serv as a line officer but also assist in our Jr. program.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

As a teenager I saw a guy hit by a car. I felt i should have been able to do more to help. ( probably wouldnt have made a difference).

Why I Love Fire/EMS

Giving back to my community that i have lived in all my life.
