I had to retire as an EMT-B last year due to medical reasons and i really miss doing my voulenteer work i did on my department my father was a firefighter for many years and my mom was an EMT-B for 25 years untill she retired. I have 2 brothers that are firefighters on is a firefighter emt-b both are on voulenteer departments where we live in nh so i have a scanner in my home so i can listen to the calls i am glad i found this site it is very informative . i am very sorry for the familys of the firefighters in mass that lost there lives my thoughts and prayers go out to them
