Top Issues Facing Responders:: Keeping junior firefighters interested. getting good equipment to volunteers. the friction btw volunteer and career firefighters.

so im pretty sure that poor undermanned, under funded volunteer departments are awesome!! not being sarcastic here. we accomplish our goal without all the fancy new trucks, fancy new scbas, and other nice stuff. but we do have some of the best people ill ever know. we train together, we fight together, we cook chili together!! this is sc!!
