ok folks i have been on here for a week or two and need some help. Iam the Lt. of the company in the dept. and need help to keep the people intrested, more important is how do i keep the younger guys that are 16 to 18 intrested . this is a problemm it seems that the ones that stay are few and far inbetween. so any thing is a help . thanks for the help .

The book has been well received and Fire Chief P. Michael Freeman of the LACoFD liked it enough to send it to the County Board of Supervisors.

We are volunteers here we buy our own equipments. most of the equipments we have are already around 20yrs old hehehe. anyway thanks again. be safe always.
