Why I Joined Fire/EMS

My uncle was a fire chief when i was very young so i was no stranger to the fire service. I liked the way my heart would jump when the tones went off and the trucks went scremaing out of the station. I always listened to the old men and the stories of fires and just knew thats what i wanted to do when i grew up.
