Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I joined due to the fact that our department is so small. durring the day we are lucky to have five firefighters to show up. I am allowed by my highschool to leave classes if paged out for an emergency call. by allowing myself and another student to leave this helps with the lack of daytime help.
