About Me:

I am a Firefighter/EMT currently volunteering in my local rescue squad. I plan to continue volunteering and go career in the next year or two and eventually to become a tactical medic and EMS educator.

Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I became a first responder after a relative introduced me into it. I have now developed my own love of the rewards and challenges from helping my community in a unique and exciting way.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

I feel priveleged to be in the position of helping someone in my community when they need it most and I thrive in the intensity in the field. I also enjoy the stimulation from the specific challenges first responders face and appreciate the many lessons I have learned, personally and professionally being involved in emergency services.
