Why I Joined Fire/EMS
My grandfather, dad and brother were all volunteer firemen. We recently had a LODD, Michael Crotty died of injuries he suffered while OIC at a fire. The department, family and community have all suffered a great loss. I moved away from the community some years ago, but when my family need support and shoulder to cry on I was and will be there for them when ever they need me. My greatest childhood memories are from the fire hall, once a family member always a family member.
