Why I Joined Fire/EMS

I have always wanted to be a firefighter. I got the chance at the age of 12yr old to become a Jr Firefighter. Now that I am older I still do it and enjoy it all the time.

Why I Love Fire/EMS

Is the feeling of being able to help someone in need and know that you are doing a good thing.

Top Issues Facing Responders:

The quality of training that is needed and sometimes is over looked. I think that all departments should stay strict on training and make it maditory that all firefighters atleast teach one course a year. Then every other year they teach something new. If you can teach it then you should know what to do.
