My name is Rick I'm 21 and a firefighter/emt-b on the Springfield Twp. Fire Dept in northern oakland county in Michigan. I'm looking for a bit of advice for anyone willing to give it. My name is Rick I'm a 21 year old firefighter/emt-basic looking for a full time firefighter position within the state of michigan. I currently work on a paid-on-call dept. (Springfield Twp. fire dept.) I love what I do there but I would really like to be able to get on full time somewhere that would still allow me to work on this dept.
