About Me:
My name is Matt. I am a Volunteer Firefighter with the Whitehall Fire Dept. St. 40. I work full time as a Mechanic at a local garage. I like to ride my bike, go for drives, watch movies, listen to music, hang out with friends, hang out at the firehouse, and just go out and have fun one way or another.
I have it in my blood basically. My Grandfather was the assistant chief at the station I am currently at. My Uncle is a firefighter in the same township, but the other end. I have another Uncle that is a Lieutenant in the Easton Fire Dept.
Why I Love Fire/EMS
It feels great when you do something that helps others. It is the greatest feeling when you are in a parade and people just smile, clap, and say thank you for everything. It's great!
